What I'm wearing today
Throwing on a bright top to keep the winter blues at bay, skinny jeans, over-sized bag, cute boots and a boyfriend blazer. Done.
Don't give me tea in a small mug
Seriously, why would you do that? Get some adult sized mugs!!
It's a long term relationship
I once said I spent more time choosing my first sofa than I did my first house. Committing to that pattern, that colour was too difficult for my little first time buyer self. So what did I end up choosing? A plain, khaki coloured sofa!
If like me you are not feeling bold enough to go for a patterned or coloured sofa, try these great statement chairs for some much needed flair!

Shine like a Kardashian

Two great tips..
Whenever I get a captive audience with a makeup artist I ALWAYS ask for their recommendations. Here are two key additions to the no make-up make up bag...
Phillosophy exfoliator with vitamin C to really supercharge your face. Then Revlon skinlights, 2 shades lighter than your skin tone for under the eyes. Perfect Skin. Done!
Make a statement!
How are these rings so gorgeous. I want them all.
5 reasons we love the minimalist look
- It's easy to get right

Imagine having your makeup down to just 5 items... we've done it... so can you. Time to let go of the suitcase and get down to basics!

2. Take a good quality concealer, slightly lighter than your natural colour and mix with a small bead of primer and apply under eyes, around the nose and chin.

4. With a dry eyeshadow brush apply a delicate layer of eyeshadow in the crease of the eye and blend
5. Use blush on the apples of the checks and a dusting on the eyelids to bring colour into the eyes.
6. Use a mixture of the eyeshadow and blush for contouring of the checks, nose and jawline is neccessary

Flowers!!! Don't be boring and go with the usual roses, it's not valentines day for months yet. Pick something beautiful and original to make the perfect surprise...
Candles and more candles
For me a candle signals to the world I am having my quiet time, so a candle given as a gift is the gift of quiet relaxation. Here are some of our favourites anyone would be delighted to receive this christmas.

From your mother and father?
Improving what your mother and father gave you with mascara and falsh eyelashes is fine but wouldn't it be great to have long eyelashes without all the gunk. We are testing eyelash growth products available at drug stores and beauty outlets to see if they can give us what our DNA didn't... stay tuned for the all important before/after shots!
Testing testing!
For the month of November we are testing the retinol products out there on the market. Green Cream is one of the stronger products available off the shelves so we are excited to see the results. Come back soon to see the results and the all important before/after photos!
